Experience
Rosanne is originally from Singapore and came to this country at the age of 23. After obtaining her degree, she began her career with BrookWeiner, starting as a junior accountant. She became a member of the firm in 2004.

Responsibilities
John provides consulting and planning advice to both our domestic and international tax clients. He specializes in assisting clients with tax planning as it relates to their International operations as well as ensuring that individual clients are in compliance with the Foreign Bank Reporting Requirements. He also assists clients in IRS resolution matters and oversees the tax compliance work for clients in the Real Estate, Restaurant and Financial Services areas.

John is in charge of the Firm’s Tax Committee and serves on the Firm’s CPE Committee.

Experience
John has over 20 years of tax experience in the Real Estate and Financial Services area. Prior to joining BrookWeiner, he worked for PwC in the Real Estate/Financial Services division where he reviewed complex federal and state partnership returns and prepared deferred tax calculations. Before joining PwC, he was a Senior Tax Manager with American Express Tax and Business Services (formerly, Checkers, Simon and Rosner).

Responsibilities
Gordon specializes in tax consulting for closely held businesses and individuals and in estate planning. He also provides counsel regarding taxation of real estate, banking, and financial institutions.

Experience
Gordon has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, always working with clients who need help with tax planning and taxation issues. He was employed by BrookWeiner immediately after college graduation, and became a member of the firm in 1996.

Responsibilities
James is responsible for managing most aspects of the firm’s audit and accounting practice, including the review of the workpapers and the issued financial statements and disclosures. He is also the member in charge of the firm’s regulated investment practice, which includes auditing, compliance and consulting services for hedge funds, registered mutual funds, futures commission merchants, broker/dealers and registered investment advisors.

Experience
James has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to joining the firm, he was employed with Clifton Gunderson LLP and worked in the areas of financial statement auditing, internal auditing, Single/Yellow Book auditing, risk assessment and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance. Prior entering the public accounting profession, he had extensive experience in the accounting department of a Fortune 500 manufacturing company restructuring and streamlining the accounting processes and documentation.

Dave specializes in accounting and tax services for individuals and closely held businesses, many in the service industry. He is also our resident expert on employee benefit programs, providing guidance to clients as well as our staff.

Experience
Dave has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting at BrookWeiner, and is highly regarded in the area of taxation. He has been a member of the firm since 1984.
